Extended Care
Summit Malibu offers Extended Care to clients who chose to extend their residential treatment beyond Primary Care.
Drug abuse, drug addiction, alcohol abuse, and alcoholism are conditions that generally develop over a long period of time. Because of this, recovery from the disease of addiction often requires a lengthy period of caring treatment and support. In addition, the many dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders that often accompany substance abuse can sometimes complicate and prolong the recovery process.
At Summit Malibu we recognize that clients are unique individuals that require unique, individualized care that is designed to meet their specific needs.
